Not three leasing packages. Three starting points for imagining how an entire State Street building could support a business with a point of view.
The Design House
An interior design studio, architecture practice, cabinetry or kitchen showroom, design-build company, or materials-focused creative business. Individual rooms could become residential vignettes, a material library, client meeting rooms, and private offices—with substantial sample storage below.
The Professional House
A distinctive headquarters for a wealth manager, family office, boutique law firm, luxury real estate group, executive search firm, advisory business, or creative agency. Reception, conference, and client spaces could live downstairs; focused private offices upstairs.
The Hospitality House
A possible tasting room, wine concept, distillery satellite, cocktail house, or other intimate hospitality idea—using the sequence of historic rooms to create several experiences rather than one large open space.
Hospitality uses would be subject to zoning, licensing, accessibility, and buildout requirements. No specific use is represented as approved.
